Based off a movie from the 70's based off as series of murders in the 40's the 2014 meta-sequel The Town that, seriously this title is long, Dreaded Sundown.
From ok to pretty good then wrapping up with garbage. The Town that has a way too long title is at most worth a rental at worst a waste of time.
