Dragon Ball is great! Dragon Ball Z is moderately good for a little bit then it drops off quite harshly. So here we are like 12 or so movies in and I had lost all hope. Then it happened, the unexpected, a solid Dragon Ball Z movie after 3 separate Broly movies and some other stuff.
So legitimately DBZ Battle of Gods is a solid movie that captures some of the fun of the Dragon Ball series while still adhering to the "More Goku" standard the show established.
