DC villains are generally pretty cool. They are interesting characters with gripping backstories; putting a diverse group of these characters together has the possibility to be amazing.
The Suicide Squad movies to this point are 50/50; the live action version is hot garbage and the animated Assault on Arkham is one of my favorite DC animated movies. So how does Suicide Squad Hell to Pay stack up?
